kayla hasnt been able to get into bus since yesterday she has the same thing we have all had about access forbidden is there anything she can do, she tried deleting history and cookies shutting it down and restarting but its not helping, think shes getting a bit desperate, thanks

omg I had this today 3 hours my computer was like it i thought i had been blocked by bus personally, kept re booting my computer gave up in the end unplugged it and left it its been the urgiest 3 hours of my life
