I feel like I can't tell anyone how bad I'm feeling because I hate it when people worry about me. I'm sick of being a burden to everyone around me.

I feel frustrated. Not doing well and I just wish that I was "better" by now.

Hey, I know how you feel, but wanting to stop SI is a good thing, a very good thing. I'm on abilify too, it can make you very anxious, perhaps ask for an anti anxiety med? It might help.
