Although today is a pretty bad anniversary, I didn't lie in bed. I got things done around the house today that needed to get done, and paid some bills.

There is not a rehab per se for SI'ers, but the closest thing to it is a program called SAFE Alternatives.

Did the drugs counteract the SI? Meaning...did doing the drugs, for you, replicate the same feelings (in a way) that SI did/does?

Can you chain the events that have occurred that are triggering - from "semi"-leaving therapy until now? Can you notice a pattern?

Dunno. It might have to do to which time the server is set. It's not uncommon to, say, have a server/router have a time as 12:39 when in actuality it's 12:41.
