so about two days ago my mom told me shes divorcing my dad and now theyr fighting a lot and my moms been crying and its hard for me so if theyrs anyone with divorced parents... got any advice on how to deal??

im new here.. and i was just wondering if anyone ne suggesions on how to try to stop cutting or things to do instead of SI... ive been to two therapists but neither helped... everything ive tried hasnt worked and im really frustrated which makes me wanna SI more plz comment or u can IM me at xokris...
