Not being able to do work is one of the symptoms of depression, because when my parents made me see a T because they thought I was depressed one of the questions she asked me was if I was having trouble sitting down and doing work and I lied and said no.

Does anyone else struggle with like, doing homework and stuff? Because the other day I was trying to do my art homework (something which I used to enjoy, not the homework but art) and I literally did like a minutes worth of work. I just couldn't do it. Not because it was tough, I just couldn't. It ...

I hate being hugged or touched by my parents. But by friends or sometimes even strangers I'm fine with it. Except for my neck or my feet. I can't get pedicures. But that's OT.

All around me everyone seems to be 'getting better'. And I should be happy for them. And on some level I know I am. But it seems like I'm the only one not ready to stop hurting myself. And it's kind of lonely here.

I read this study in some magazine about hunger and dieting, and how most people aren't in tune with themselves or something, and can't recognize when they feel hungry. The problem is, I can't remember what the article said to do.
