password help
hi. I'm having trouble accessing my account because I have been delinquent in updating my information. I've used my phone to access this website for the last few years. Well I finally got a computer but realized that I have no idea what my password is because ice automatically logged on for so long. After exceeding the lomit of tries, I tried to reset my password via email. Then I realized it was AOL email address, which I have not had for about ten years. Using my phone, I tried to update my email address, but that requires me to enter my password. So I have gotten myself stuck in a circle. Is it possible for me to PM someone my current email address so that I can retrieve my password? If it means anything, I learned my lesson. Thanks for any help you can provide.
