The best thing to do is to send a PM to one of the admins (splitimage, mian, ChaseThisLight, Milvus, magebaby and jomomma seem to be amongst the most active ATM), explaining the situation and asking that the password on your "pandabear" account be reset.
That way you can login as pandabear and choose a new password and e-mail address for you as pandabear.
