I some of my kitchen cleaned and I am just soaking some pots atm.
I also had snuggle time with all three of my cats who were very snugly and purred up a storm which made me happy and made me realize I need to stay healthy for them and to keep being there taking care of animals and people who don't have a voice.

I told my therapist that I was sexually harassed several times during gym class and in the locker room in ninth grade I know for sure the one kid who did it because he freaked out when I ran away and am almost positive about another one but I have no real proof against him.

The anorexia is very loud at the moment but I followed my weight-gain meal-plan even though it makes me feel excessive & ashamed and I really want to stop now...
I almost gave into it at one part but I refuse to give it any more power by playing into it. I need to become stronger than the anorexia and the only way this will happen is if I don't do what it wants. I kept remding myself that if I maintain at a lower weight then I remain susceptible to the spiral of anorexia, ultimately cutting down 'just a little bit more' and eventually ending up in hospital again.
The only way forward is recovery.
