I handled a day of anxiety without using any destructive coping strategies.

I'm proud of myself today because I wrote that essay in English class instead of just sitting there angrily, even though I had no idea what to write.

I didn't commit suicide.
I didn't cut.
I didn't hurt myself.
I talked to my friends when I needed to.
I went to all my lectures.

ive made it over a month no SI

im getting back into my art groove

i havnt been outting myself down *as much* the last few days

ive gone out of my way to make sure im not alone when i start getting the *noise* in my head

even though sometimes i feel hopeless and very unmotivated i have managed to find osme places that are hiring, and drop off resumes, and at least cruise craigslist when i cant get out of bed.

my room isnt *that* messy right now. could use a vacuuming tho.

Great stuff on learning the French and having a friend over is great too.

I am proud of myself for baking for the street kids youth group and opening up to my friend without dwelling on negitive life experiences, just a little so she understands some of my little quirks better :)

I got my entire lab report done and I hadn't even started it this morning, and I had so much trouble getting motivated. But now it's done!!

I dragged myself out to the barn even though my foot really hurts, because I knew I would feel better if I got to see my favourite horse. And I rode really well, it was a good work-out and even though it hurt, it was worth it.
