I used the phone to change the time of one of my appointments.
I went through the drive thru window at a restuarant and placed an order.
I cried in therapy and was happy about it.

I'm proud of myself, because even though I got dumped yesterday and I'm hurting, I haven't SI'ed. And instead of blaming myself I think that it's his loss. I miss him, but I'm going to let him go. And I'm thinking that I deserve someone better. I don't know if I can keep thinking like that, but right now I do.

That's why I'm proud of myself today :)
