I wish I didn't feel anxious.

I wish I knew whether this niggling anxiety was PMT or accumulated stress, and thus whether "this too shall pass" or whether this is a sign of something which needs handling and monitoring.

I wish my clue to rising stress levels wasn't the urge to si or suicidal thoughts.

I wish I was able to identify acute levels of stress while I was experiencing them rather than after the fact.

I wish there was more I could do to make things better even if I could figure out that there was a problem.
Act in such a way as to make yourself feel capable and effective

The change starts now.

Right now I wish I didn't torture myself the way I am. I wish I wasn't so selfish and made so jealous so easy. I wish I wasn't such an attention seeking whore right now.

I wish:

- I would forgive myself for the stupid things I do
- I won't feel the urge to act crazy again
- That I can control my feelings better in the future
_ That I will never be so sad again that I will concider SI or SU
- That my ex-boyfriend would fall in love with me again and be nice to me, but if he won't I wish that I can find someone new and better

I wish that people who have life made just because everything is literally handed to them on a silver platter would learn what it's like to go without and earn things themselves! I'm talking in particular about rich and celebrity kids who get to go to Ivy League schools just because "mommy and daddy went there" and paid the admissions off! Of course there ARE a few exceptions like Dolly Parton and the Gates but they are few and between. I mean my sister got to go to Harvard and had to pay for it through student loans and is STILL really down to earth! She knows what it is like to earn stuff for herself and got in by working hard in school and having a perfect SAT test score. Not because a family member made a huge donation to the school!
