I am starting this place to put some coping skills that helps and to get other ideas from others.
1. made a 6 month commitment to not hurt myself with Therapist.
2.Art

I am really struggling right now. I am at a point of a crisis. I am hoping that I can avoid going into the hospital. I need some coping skills because I am not sure about how to actually use right now. I am trying to remember my DBT skills.

I am practicing a non judgmental stance by trying hard to forgive me for my self harm slip up.
