i don't know what the emotions are but it feels a bit like i'm imploding and exploding at the same time. weight on my shoulders and pressure in my stomach. going to try and do whatever calming things i can think of...

Conflicted ..

Someone from my past messaged me ..
I'm not sure if I want to reply or not .. I feel so confused about it.
I'm so happy with my life as it is now .. I'm getting married next year and I've got a new job, some good friends, I guess this person messaging me just out of the blue was a massive shock. It's a perfectly innocent message don't get me wrong, I just feel conflicted and a little part of me wants to reply, but part of me just doesn't want to revisit that part of my life.
