Hi everyone, lately I have been working a lot on CBT & thought recordings which require me to identify emotions specifically.
And I've been feeling one lately but I can't quite come up with emotion words to describe it which makes it tough to describe my situation & obviously how I'm feeling to others.
It's like disrespected only not really. More like I feel I've been cast aside or not paid enough attention.
Any good words to describe these or things like them?
