I hope this thanksgiving I can make it through without purging after I eat.

I hope my family gets along this Thanksgiving

I hope that one day I'll be able to manage stress without having to rely on negative ways to cope

I hope everyone will stay by my side and support me as I try to get better

I hope that my little brother will not fall down the same path as I have been going

I hope I can get all my homework done without panicking

I hope I can recover

I hope I'll be able to feel happy again

It seems to me that there is a difference between hoping and wishing. Hoping seems to apply to things that are plausible. Wishing applies to things that are highly unlikely. So while this is a hoping thread, I think I'll add in a couple wishes:

- I hope that this next month will not continue in this fashion. It's getting ridiculous.
- I wish that I will never feel like this again. It's getting old.

- I hope that I won't SI in the near future.
- I wish that I will never SI ever again.

- I hope that I can find someone to love completely, with all my trust, without reservations. Who loves me back in the same way.
- I wish that K could be that someone.
"No boom today. Boom tomorrow. There’s always a boom tomorrow. What? Look, somebody’s got to have some damn perspective around here. Boom, sooner or later. BOOM!" - Susan Ivanova
