crying for the first time in a long time & it sucks.

even though my ex is long gone & it's been almost 4 months since i had real contact with him... even though he treated me really badly and put me through hell like no one else he was the first person I loved with every ounce of my being and even trying to comprehend how this all happened to me makes me feel like I can't breathe

im crap at everything, i feel rubbish, this cold is bringing me down & making me tired and ill and irritable, i am hungry but i cant eat, i have too much homework to do, im under so much pressure and stress, my brother just had a massive go at me because he cant kill people on his stupid x-box game, im a fucking rubbish friend and i dont deserve to live, n one ever pays me the attention i need, im sick of suffering with paronoya anxiety mod swings and impatience, i just want a break!!!!!!!!!
