a couple of things: are you trying to use a web anonymizer? if you are (and you're not getting blocked, because we block a lot of them), it could be causing this error.

apparently, aol users can get it randomly as well.

you may notice a little bus in the address bar (and if you use a tabbed browser, on the tab title). it's called a favicon, and i added it because i noticed in the server error logs that the board software looks for it.
