I like this idea.
Bad memory:
Watching my niece take her last breaths in the hospital and feeling like someone was standing on my chest.
Good Memory:
Watching my niece swimming in the lake and having the time of her life.

Night distractions
I have a lot of trouble with SI urges in the middle of the night after going to bed. I feel like I am stuck in bed and miserable. All I can think of are bad and horrible things. I don't seem to be able to get up and do anything and if I do I tend to SI. Anyway, I recently put a box of things by my b...
