Do you have dysthymia - because that makes it somewhat harder .... I am on Trazodone (a serotonin antagonist reuptake inhibitor) --it's been working for me on some levels, keeps things nice n stable, helps with anxiety too and I sleep sooo well on it :) ...and no bad side effects. I don't like ssri'...

hi kat - I'd read that scarily long list of coping mechanisms - it's definately one of the best resourses here on bus. I think it's stickied in the coping section, or otherwise you can find it in the sourcebook.

I colored it on the computer...didn't do the outline if that's what you mean though - just got a template from a website. It took me about half an hour; I am not very patient either, but when I am stressed I need something to focus all my enegry on
