i see some people with tickers in their sigs, and i made one for myself. i cant seem to fit it in my signature though (something about the image being too large). i know this question has been asked in the past, but i cant seem to find an answer in the old posts. can anyone help me ? http://tickers....

welcome! we have a bit in common. i am new too, and am from michigan too :-)

i started SI 11 years ago as well, although i havent done it in 1.5 years, i still get the urges very often, and have neverending issues with scars, etc.

you could try using dermablend, is a concealer, and it truly is waterproof.

she knows. she doesnt really talk about it. i havent cut in awhile, but it used to be one of those 500-pound gorillas in the living room - we both knew it was there, but never talked about it.

they say for some people, its easiest to fall asleep when you use the bed ONLY for sleep. dont use your bed for other purposes, so that you associate the bed with sleep only.
