Note that people can still send you an email by clicking the email button at the bottom of your posts or on your profile. But they just get a web form to type it into, they can't see your actual email address.

The permissions can be set separately for each usergroup. I didn't know that everyone can make stickies on the Welcome Wagon, but it seems ok to me. Presumably you haven't changed theme?

As far as I know, we haven't altered any fonts. So it's more likely to be your browser settings. Have a look in your browser preferences, and perhaps also at any accessibility settings on your computer.
