Also, IE and Outlook run very close to the core of the operating system itself.

Whilst XP is a vast improvement on earlier versions, the very fact that programs can be downloaded onto your machine without your express permission is not good.

If she's using Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo mail, or indeed any mail service which offers spam protection,
then it's probably gone into her spambox or bulk inbox.

Did the psyke rules change recently? They used to be OK with that before. They've always had those rules. Its never been allowed to ask for new methods etc just now we have a larger moderation team and its a lot easier to reinforce the rules. Umm, no it has not, indeed those rules came in 2003/2004...

it's more a case of people 'competing' so say in comparison of experiences - much in the same way as the 'no numbers' rule we have here - if people posted numbers, folks would compare those numbers to themselves sort of thing.
